Delete your account and data

BacoInVeritas is published by Ruvolo Enterprise Corp. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@bacoinveritas.com with the subject "Delete my BacoInVeritas account".
  2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to BacoInVeritas.
  3. We confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address and date of birth.
  • Your cellar, wishlist, ratings and tasting notes.
  • Photos of labels you uploaded.
  • Your preferences and recommendation history.

What is kept

We do not keep your personal data after deletion. Server backups that may contain it are overwritten within 30 additional days. Records we must keep by law (for example, purchase receipts, if any) are kept only for the period the law requires.
